At Hivoz.com, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and refund terms below before placing your order.
📦 Return Eligibility
Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
Returns are only accepted for purchases made directly on Hivoz.com.
🚫 Items That Cannot Be Returned
Opened or used disposable vapes (due to hygiene and safety concerns)
Free items, gifts, or promotional giveaways (e.g., Buy 2 Get 1 Free offers)
Clearance or final sale products
📨 How to Request a Return
Email our support team at info@hivoz.com within 14 days of delivery.
Include your order number, item name, reason for return, and photos (if damaged).
Wait for approval and return instructions before sending any items back.
Note: Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted or refunded.
💰 Refund Process
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to appear.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
📦 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your protection.
📸 Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@hivoz.com with photos. We’ll resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.
🔄 Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to swap an item, please return the original and place a new order.
